Let the Games begin

In the last post, Trump Tower, I looked at how the energy of The Tower Tarot card seems to be strong this month, especially in relation to the attempted assassination of Donald Trump on July 13th.

Then it dawned on me that there's a massive Tower event on the horizon.

 The Olympic Games begin on July 26th.

This years Olympic logo is symbolised by a flame.

Which is exactly what we see atop the The Tower tarot card.

 

The burning Tower has been highlighted in a few movies this year. 

So there seems to be a pattern.

And it appears to have meaning.

So yesterday, July 23rd, I had a dentist appointment. 

I was sat in the reception room waiting to be summoned and had some free time on my hands. So I scanned my news feed and noticed this article.

It turns out that The Boys season 4 finale, titled 'Assassination Run', has had a disclaimer added due to similarities with the Trump shooting. In the episode one of the 'supes' tries to kill the President.

The finale aired on July 18th, just five days after the events in Butler, Pennyslvania.

I haven't really been following The Boys TV show (only watched the first season) so I did a quick google search and this image jumped out at me.

I was moments away from having my mouth examined by a dentist (sync!) but what struck me is how the above image relates to The Tower Tarot card.

 According to Aleister Crowley:

The Tower card is attributed to the letter Peh, which means a mouth; it refers to the planet Mars. In its simplest interpretation it refers to the manifestation of cosmic energy in its grossest form. The picture shows the destruction of existing material by fire. It may be taken as the preface to Atu XX, the Last Judgment, i.e. the Coming of a New Aeon.

At the bottom part of the card, therefore, is shown the destruction of the old-established Aeon by lightning, flames, engines of war. In the right-hand corner are the jaws of Dis, belching flame at the root of the structure. Falling from the tower are broken figures of the garrison.

 Crowley goes on to say:

The dominating feature of this card is the Eye of Horus. This is also the Eye of Shiva, on the opening of which, according to the legend of this cult, the Universe is destroyed.

So with this in mind I had another look at the big releases of 2024 and noticed that Despicable Me 4 came out on July 3rd, just ten days before the Trump shooting.

We see a cyclops eye (of Horus/Shiva) and big open mouth, both nods to Crowley's Tower card.

We see the similar imagery in this Election poster.

Why is Matthew Broderick relevant?

Well he starred in Tower Heist.

As mentioned in the Trump Tower post, Tower Heist was originally called Trump Heist.

Eddie Murphy also starred in Tower Heist.

We see him standing atop Trump Tower with a Crowbar.

Why is the Crowbar relevant? 

On a personal level it looks like the instrument my dentist used during my appointment on Tuesday. I hadn't seen a hygienist in a while so needed a little work done :(

On a wider scale we see the Crowbar / Hook, in one of the biggest movie releases of 2024, associated with a giant mouth.

It's also the weapon of choice for Billy Butcher in The Boys TV show.

So what's with the Crow-bar?

Well in August this movie comes out.

The Rook is a member of the Crow / Corvidae family.

 Rook is also the name of the Castle/Tower chess piece.

And the word Rook can be found in the name of gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks.

I'm not going to get into the BlackRook / BlackRock conspiracy theories but thought it was worth a mention. More info can be found here.

 

So in August we have The Crow

Then September sees the release of Alien: Romulus

Emphasis on the Mouth.

October sees the release of Joker: Folie à Deux

Emphasis on the Mouth.

 Smile 2 also out in October.

You get the picture.

Then November's big release is Moana 2

Hook, line and syncer!

And December has Kraven, another nod to the Raven/Crow/Rook/Castle/Tower.

In summary the energy of the The Tower Tarot, representing 'the Coming of a New Aeon', seems to be at play in recent global events (the Trump shooting / the Paris Olympics) but also our movies. It's subtle, but it's there if you have the eye to see it.

 On that note here's some final thoughts on the symbolism of Aleister Crowley's Trump card.

 The card shows several geometric figures being released from The Tower.

And 'In the right-hand corner are the jaws of Dis, belching flame at the root of the structure.'

It's worth noting that the Paris Olympics logo looks like a mouth belching flame...

...at the root of the structure.

The Tower is going to receive a lot of media attention over the next few days/weeks so it'll be interesting to see where this goes next. It feels like the Trump assassination has ignited something and the Olympic Games have arrived to fan those flames.

Trump Tower

On Saturday July 13th former president Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt during his election rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Jake Kotze @seallion has shared some fascinating syncs surrounding the event.

On Facebook he points out:

Line up of resonance between Mark Wahlberg’s Shooter and All the Money in the World and the Trump assassination attempt. Shooter sees the presidential assassination theme while All the Money has the bloody ear. That Shooter’s assassination takes place in Pennsylvania gives the sync a boost.

Inspired by Jake's insights I decided to have a look for myself and share a few thoughts.

I learned that on June 14th 2024, one month prior to the assassination attempt, Donald Trump celebrated his 78th birthday and was presented with this towering MAGA cake.

If we look at Trump's birthday cake from a Tarot perspective and use it as a jumping off point, we'll see that it may have foreshadowed the events in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The Tower is one the Major Arcana, also known as TRUMP cards.

 

Keywords - Lack of Safety/Security, Danger, Destructive Event, Elimination

 

The card shows a Crown (or Cap) being knocked off.

 Which is exactly what happened during the assassination attempt.

Trump's cap fell off.

 For a moment the King lost his Crown.

We'll come back to The Tower in a moment.

 

Donald Trump's 78th birthday, on June 14th, coincided with the global release of an Indian movie called Maharaja.

Maharaja also foreshadowed the events of July 13th in Pennsylvannia.

 

 

 The uncanny timing of this movie was acknowledged by the mainstream.

 

 

 Netflix released Maharaja on July 12th, one day prior to the Trump shooting.

 

 

But let's rewind a little. 

March 2024 saw the release of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.

 

The poster mirrors one of the most iconic photos of this century.

 

The connection to The Tower is self explanatory.

 

April 2024 saw the release of Civil War, a movie which culminates in a President assassination.

On the poster we see a sniper taking aim above the word WAR.

 

If we rotate the W it becomes EAR.

 

 I like how the torch flame is a subtle wink to Trump's crazy hair.

It also resonates with the flames atop The Tower.

 

May 2024 saw the release of Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.

 

Once again we see a burning Tower.

 

In the movie we're introducted to a tribe of apes who keep eagles in these Tower-like aviaries.

 

 Shit hits the fan when masked apes discover the tribe and introduce lightning to The Tower.

 

Just like The Tower Tarot card it results in a fall.

 

 

Exactly two weeks after Trump's 78th birthday, June 28th, A Quiet Place: Day One hit theatres.

 

And yup....there's a burning Tower.

 

 

20 year old Thomas Matthew Crooks fired off 8 rounds at Donald Trump before a Secret Service counter sniper shot and killed the gunman.

 

Amazingly someone captured the moment where one of the rounds whizzed past Trump's head. We see the bullet trails, along with the shock of the event itself, echoed in the Day One poster.

In the media Thomas Matthew Crooks has been described as QUIET.

 

It's also worth noting that the surname CROOKS contains the work ROOK.

 

In the game of Chess the Rook is also known as the Castle.

 

Or Tower.

 

A few days after Day One hit theatres Netflix released Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F

There are 30 years between Beverly Hills Cop 3 and Axel F so the random timing of this movie, only 10 days prior the assassination attempt, gave me the nudge to dig a little deeper.

 

It turns out that one of the bad guys in the original Beverly Hills Cop was played by actor Jonathan Banks.

 

You're probably more familiar with him in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

In both TV shows Jonathan Banks plays the role of hitman Mike Ehrmantraut.

In Breaking Bad episode Bullet Points (S4 E4) a round clips his right ear.

 

With this in mind let's turn our attention to Eddie Murphy and the movie Tower Heist.

 

 

 Tower Heist was originally called Trump Heist before director Brett Ratner changed the title.

 

 

 

A quick google search revealed:

The idea for the film came from Eddie Murphy, and it seems that Trump himself – always keen for publicity – was all for it. Although script rewrites ultimately removed Trump as a character from the script, the controversial billionaire (in no way involved in politics at the time) remained closely involved with the film.

‘Tower Heist’ used New York’s Trump International Hotel and Tower and Trump Tower as shooting locations.

 

 

 Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F came out on July 3rd.

 

Then July 5th saw the release of MaXXXine.

 

 

The movie title and posters emphasise the X.

 

 

There's an X on the promo poster for Maharaja.

At the time there were only 4 days 2 go.

 

 

And I've already mentioned the symmetry in Godzilla X Kong.

 

 

 

Why is the X relevant?

 

Well it's the path the Rook/Castle/Tower travels across a chess board...if you tilt your head :)

 

 

But it also syncs with Joe Biden's comment about putting 'Trump in a bullseye' which inspired a lot of conspiracy talk on X (formerly Twitter) and other social media platforms.

It also leads us nicely to Denzel Washington.

 

Malcolm X was assassinated in 1965 while preparing a public speech, only 2 years after President JFK was shot at Dealey Plaza.

In the poster Denzel points to his right ear.

In 2023 movie The Creator we see Denzel's son John David Washington, a gunman, framed by a hole in ear.

 

 

There's also a nod to The Tower.

 

 

On July 9th, just 4 days prior to the Trump shooting, Thine Ears Shall Bleed was released.

 

The tagline is: Don't believe everything you hear

 

Sage advice.

 

While doing a little research on the word 'Rook', mentioned earlier in relation to the Castle/Tower chess piece and Thomas Matthew Crooks, I learned that the word is derived from 'Chariot'.

So it was interesting to find the Chariot linked to this movie.

On July 9th, same day Thine Ears Shall Bleed was released, the Gladiators 2 trailer dropped.

Denzel Washington plays the character Macrinus, shown in the poster with pierced ear.

Pedro Pascal also stars in the Gladiator sequel as Marcus Acacius.

In the trailer we see him riding the Chariot/Rook/Castle/Tower.

As sync would have it, Denzel Washington and Pedro Pascal starred together in The Equalizer 2.

In the finale Pedro tries to snipe Denzel from atop a watchtower.

Inevitably Denzel climbs The Tower and sends Pedro on his merry way.

 

 

 

As of writing this President Joe Biden has posted on X confirming that he's withdrawn from the presidential race.

 

And as expected Trump has been quick to respond with a crooked Biden comment.

 

And so the craziness continues.
